Fresh Basil Leaf and Dehydrated Lemon Wheel

How to make:

Add the 42 Below Vodka, Pallini Limoncello, Basil Leaves, Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup, and Egg White Replacement into a shaker and begin with a vigorous dry shake. Once foamed add ice cube and shake to further chill the cocktail. Double strain into a tumbler style glass before adding the 20ml of Pallini Grenadine Syrup to create the sunset effect.

5/6 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
3/4 fl oz 42 Below vodka
4 leaf Basil leaves
1/2 fl oz Egg white replacement (vegan)
2/3 fl oz Pallini Granatina/Grenadine Syrup
5/6 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
5/12 fl oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
