Lemon twist and dehydrated pineapple slice
Start with a chilled coupe
Add 25ml Pallini limoncello
12.5ml Ludlow Lemon and Thyme gin
35ml of Coco réal coconut cream
12.5ml sugar syrup
100ml Pineapple juice
Shake with cubed ice, and fine strain into coupe.
Garnish with a fresh lemon twist and a dehydrated pineapple slice.
