beat the sage leaves and cut habanero or chili. Do the habanero slice and the sage leaves in the wine glas, fill the glas with ice and pour all spirits/ ingerdienst inside. For the spicy habanero souce i use homemade lacto fermented habaneros but you can use any spicy souce. Stir all well and fill up with prosecco and Soda.

| 1/3 fl oz | Sūpāsawā sour cocktail mixer |
| 2 drop | Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt) |
| 3 drop | Habanero souce |
| 2 fl oz | Prosecco |
| 1/2 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
