Garnish:

one slice habanero, 6 sage leave

How to make:

Glas: Wine Glas
ICE: cubes
Methode: build
beat the sage leaves and cut habanero or chili. Do the habanero slice and the sage leaves in the wine glas, fill the glas with ice and pour all spirits/ ingerdienst inside. For the spicy habanero souce i use homemade lacto fermented habaneros but you can use any spicy souce. Stir all well and fill up with prosecco and Soda.

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
2/3 fl oz Belsazar Rosé vermouth
1/3 fl oz Sūpāsawā sour cocktail mixer
2 drop Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt)
3 drop Habanero souce
2 fl oz Prosecco
1/2 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
