How to make:

* Κόβεις ντομάτες
* Λίγο αλάτι
* Τις αφήνεις σε φίλτρο/τουλπάνι 2–3 ώρες
Παίρνεις crystal clear, umami liquid
🧪 Εκτέλεση
1. Όλα στο mixing glass
2. Stir (όχι shake – δείχνεις control)
3. Strain σε chilled Nick & Nora

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 1/6 fl oz Vodka
2/3 fl oz Clarified Tomato water
1/3 fl oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2 dash Celery bitters
3 drop Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt)
