Coupe glassHow to make:
Dry shake all ingredients except the concentrated butterfly pea flower tea, at least 15 seconds.
Add ice and shake another 15 seconds.
Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
Slowly pour the concentrated butterfly pea flower tea down the center of the foam.
