How to make:

First, I combine 30ml of Pallini Limoncello, 30ml of fresh pineapple juice, 10ml of elderflower syrup, and 10ml of lemon juice in the shaker. Then, I add a pinch of salt to activate the flavors.
After adding ice, I shake it vigorously to chill and aerate the mixture. I strain the golden liquid into a glass filled with ice, then top it up with soda water. Finally, I use a bar spoon to gently lift and fold the drink—just enough to integrate the flavors while preserving the crisp carbonation."

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 fl oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1/3 fl oz Monin Elderflower syrup
1/3 fl oz Really Juice Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
Top up with Soda from siphon
