Garnish:

Strawberry cotton candy sprinkled with Mexican Tajín (optional).

How to make:

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice (about two pieces per cocktail), shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, and double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with strawberry cotton candy (optional), seasoned with Tajín.

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Absolut Tabasco
11/12 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1/3 fl oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
