Flamed lemon zest
Prepare chilled old fashioned glass by spritzing with expressed oils of a lemon zest.
Stir ingredients down on ice and strain over large rock into prepared glass. Alternatively, build drink in glass but note that careful dilution is required.
Flame oils of remaining lemon zest over drink and drape caramelised peel over glass.
