How to make:

Ingredients
• 50 ml White Rum (e.g., Havana 3, Rhum Clément Blanc)
• 20 ml Pallini Limoncello
• 25 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 1 cupful white sugar powder

Glass
• Chilled Coupe glass

Garnish
• Lemon zest



Method
1. add Sugar e lemon juice into a shaker, dissolve the sugar in the lemon,
Add all the other ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass
4. Garnish with a lemon zest
5. Serve immediately.

5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 cupful Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle)
1 1/2 fl oz Rhum Clément Blanc
2/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
