Serve in a
Collins glassGarnish:
Lemon zest and mint sprig. Miniature drinks cart optional.
How to make:
Shake first four ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
Top with soda and stir gently.
Garnish with lemon zest and a mint sprig.

| 5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water |
