How to make:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, shake for 15 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Honey syrup (1 honey to 1 water) |
| 1 dash | Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters |
| 1 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
