Serve in a

Nick & Nora glass

Garnish:

Lemon zest wrapped around a Rosemary sprig

How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill Nick and Nora (or sour glass)
2. Prepare Rosemary sprig (3 inches or so) and Lemon Zest for garnish
3. Shake all ingredients with ice
4. Fine strain (double strain) into chilled glass
5. Express Lemon zest oils over drink
6. Gently tap Rosemary sprig and wrap Lemon zest around it, balance on rim of glass and serve

3/4 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
3/4 fl oz Romeo's Gin
3/8 fl oz Aperol Aperitivo
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3/8 fl oz Rosemary sugar syrup (2:1)
