Coupe glassGarnish:
Rim half the glass with sugar and spray some more absinthe over the final drink.
How to make:
Rinse the glass with absinthe. Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice and strain into the rinsed coupe.
| 1 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Hendrick's Gin |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur |
| 4 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
| 1/6 fl oz | Absinthe verte |
