2. Bereiten Sie eine Garnitur aus Zitronenschale & Ingwerscheibe vor.
3. 3cl Pallini Limoncello, 2cl Canton Ingwerlikör, 1cl Verjus, 2cl Zuckersirup, 2 BL LemonCurd, 2 Scheiben frischer Ingwer in den Shaker und mit Eis schütteln .
4. Fein abseihen und in ein gekühltes Glas geben.
Mit Thomas Henry Ginger Beer auffüllen und kurz umrühren.
5. Zitronenschale & Ingwerscheibe auf den Cocktail & als Garnitur verwenden.
