How to make:
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake with ice, fine strain into martini glass or coupe, garnish with lemon, lime or grapefruit peel (or all three!) and express oils into glass.

| 2 fl oz | Uncle Val's Botanical Gin |
| 3/4 fl oz | Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
