How to make:

Add all ingredients to shaker, shake with ice, fine strain into martini glass or coupe, garnish with lemon, lime or grapefruit peel (or all three!) and express oils into glass.

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
2 fl oz Uncle Val's Botanical Gin
3/4 fl oz Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
