Serve in a

Coupe glass

Garnish:

Finely grate lemon zest over the top of the foam just before serving for a fresh aromatic finish.

How to make:

Dry shake all ingredients (except zest) for about 15 seconds to build the foam.

Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

1 1/2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1/3 fl oz Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1/3 fl oz Chamomile/Camomile tea syrup
