How to make:

Shake all ingredients over ice, double strain into chilled vessel

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
3/4 fl oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery
1/4 fl oz Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Single cream/half-and-half
1/8 fl oz Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
