Waste Alp Blossom Flowers. On block ice.
1) Alp Blossom Cheese Gin - Microplane Alp Blossom cheese directly into gin. Using a Ratio of 1:10 Cheese:Gin. Freeze and then filter gin through coffee paper.
2) Burnt Blossom Honey - Add honey to a pan and boil until colour reaches a dark amber. Add a splash of cider vinegar to avoid crystalisation.
