Honey edible glass
200g white sugar
110g honey
60ml water
Bring ingredients in a saucepan to 150 degrees Celsius. Do not stir until dissolved.Place baking paper on a tray.Once boiled spread a thin, even layer across the tray.Let rest 15 - 25 minutes until glass hardens.Cut to desired square shape. Store in airtight container.

| 2/3 fl oz | Licor 43 (or other spiced vanilla liqueur) |
