Garnish:

Dried apple salt rim, Dried Apple slice garnish

How to make:

homemade apple cordial, combining 500g apples, 250ml water, 17g malic acid. blend and leave to sit for 6 hours. then add white sugar on a 1;1 ratio and strain through cheese cloth.
Cocktail:
pour all ingredients into shaker and hard shake for 20 seconds,
strain and pour into glass filled with ice with salt rim, add the apple garnish and serve

1 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
1 fl oz Sierra Tequila Reposado
1 fl oz Homemade Apple Cordial
