A blend of aged Jamaican rum, fresh dairy cream and "exotic Jamaican fruits and spices". The producers advise to refrigerate after opening and consume within six months.
Legend and the marketers say this was first created by a Scotsman, Dr. Ian Sangster, who arrived in Jamaica in 1967 to teach at the University of the West Indies. He apparently exchanged his classroom for a makeshift lab and experimented with various recipes before creating this liqueur which he then successfully marketed.
Smooth, thick and creamy with a well-balanced rum bite with hints of caramel, toffee, espresso, chocolate and nuts.
