Appearance:
Clear, very pale straw yellow.
Aroma:
(hydrated to approx. 43%) Burnt caramel, crème brûlée with creamy fudge.
Taste:
Medium bodied, fudge notes of burnt toffee, overripe banana and black pepper spice.
Aftertaste:
Burnt caramel notes continue into the finish which has aggressive black pepper tingle.
