Launched February 2006 and originally named Alchemy, this rye grain Polish vodka is flavoured with a cocoa infusion and was created by Agata Podedworny, an American of Polish parentage. The 14 inch tall pyramid-shaped bottles are topped with a grey cuboid covered screwcap.

Pronounced ‘Chek-o-la-dova’ in Polish.

Όψη:

Clear, light ruby red with flecks of burnished copper.

Μύτη:

Perhaps more reminiscent of cheap dark chocolate or drinking chocolate than actual cocoa.

Στόμα:

Richly chocolaty with a note of fudge and cracked black pepper spice.

Επίγευση:

Black pepper and rye spirit spiced chocolate.
