Appearance:

Clear, very pale straw with medium mouse.

Aroma:

Subdued, rocket salad and green apple nose with buttery biscuit, pineapple, tropical fruit and faint vanilla.

Taste:

Clean, light palate with green apple skin and red apple flesh.

Aftertaste:

Short, cleansing, barley sugar and green apple finish with a note of meringue.
