Special Cuvée is blended with approximately 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes, with 5 to 10% being reserve wines aged between 5 and 10 years in magnums with cork stoppers.

The wine is aged for at least three years in cellars before being released.

Όψη:

Clear, light golden with small persistent bubbles.

Μύτη:

Fresh green apple skin and lightly grilled toast with baked pear and tropical fruit.

Στόμα:

Full-bodied and slightly tart. Buttery toast and baked apples with nuts, pear, mango fruit and orange zest, faint orange blossom water.

Επίγευση:

Lemon and orange zesty finish with lingering caramel.
