Based on the Cascade hop, this appropriately named golden ale is brewed with Nottingham Ale yeast and after brewing is rested for a week or more in cold store.

Όψη:

Hazy, amber with thin but retentive off-white head.

Μύτη:

Tangerine zest oils, apricot fruit, biscuity malt and caramel with faint cinnamon.

Στόμα:

Sessionable golden ale with moderate grassy hops and maltyness.

Επίγευση:

Lingering mild grassy, slightly metallic hops.
