Made from golden rye grown in Poland's Podlasie region. The rye is 1st pressure-cooked to create a mash which is left to ferment for 3 days, then distilled using a four column process. At Chopin's bottling plant in nearby Siedlce, the spirit is hydrated with artesian well water and filtered 5 times
Launched in March 2011, Chopin Rye is distinguished by its red neck label and screw cap and like other Chopin vodkas is packaged in a frosted bottle bearing the image of composer Frederic Chopin.
