Appearance:

Clear, coppery golden amber.

Aroma:

Fruit cake, dried fruit , cinnamon and nutmeg spice. Subtle honey, candied ginger, dandelions and lavender.

Taste:

Dried fruit, fruitcake and ginger cake dusted with cinnamon. Spicy yet mellow.

Aftertaste:

Dried and candied fruit with ginger and cinnamon spice.
