The Art Deco-styled bottle has a Miami look and indeed this rum is distilled in the city from Florida grown sugar cane (2/3 molasses and 1/3 cane juice). Loud salsa music plays during the 90 day aging process with claims that the vibration helps release flavours from French oak curls in the vats.

After aging the rum is filtered six times.

Crystal clear.

Μύτη:

Biscuity vanilla and cracked black pepper.

Slightly sweet with a silky mouthfeel. There’s a yeasty charcoal note with faint vanilla and toasted coconut

Lightly cracked black pepper spice.
