Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Restrained and delicate. Floral orchard fruit and white pepper spice with faint, lightly burnt buttered toast.
Taste:
Even at 50% this grappa is silky and serene, exploding with grape and apple fruit, waxy oil, almond and delicate spice.
Aftertaste:
Waxy grape and delicate spice.
Overall:
Don't be tempted to dilute this exquisite grappa, it's best appreciated at full strength with water between sips.
