Όψη:

(sample bottled 15/May/14, best before 15/Aug/14) Hazy, pale straw yellow with retentive medium white head and heavy lacing.

Μύτη:

Fresh cucumber and celery with pine freshness and freshly milled malted barley.

Στόμα:

Bittersweet, light-bodied, artichoke, cucumber, lemongrass and cabbage with piney juniper/hops.

Επίγευση:

Celery, lemongrass and pine.

Συνολική αίσθηση:

Light and refreshing, somewhat reminiscent of a salad with plenty of chopped celery and sliced cucumber and perfect for a light lunch on a hot summer's day.
