Made from 100% Palomino grapes and part of Harveys “super premium” range of sherries with certified age: Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum (V.O.R.S.) certificate from Consejo Regulador Jerez for sherries over 30 years old, in the case of Harveys, matured in soleras founded more than 100 years ago.

• 5 grams of sugar per litre
• 7 grams tartaric acid/litre
• Dry Extract (sugar free) 28 g/l
• Glycerol 5 g/l

Όψη:

Clear, coppery amber.

Μύτη:

Pungent, old oak wardrobe, toasted hazelnuts and naval orange peel with faint varnish.

Στόμα:

Intense and full-bodied. Dry but not bone dry with light honey, balancing acidity and vinous varnish with roasted nuts and citrus zest.

Επίγευση:

Dry with slight saltiness and roasted nuts.
