Όψη:

Crystal clear.

Μύτη:

Eucalyptus and pine dominate to the extent that this could be a single botanical gin but with fresh coriander, citrus zest and faint ginger.

Στόμα:

Simple and juniper dominated but brilliantly integrated, very clean, inviting and satisfying. Silky in its delivery, this is a Martini rather than a G&T gin.

Cleaning pine and peppery spice.
