The signature drink of Edinburgh’s Bramble Bar is their barrel and bottled aged Affinity Cocktail. This retail version is made to their recipe with Byrrh aromatic wine, bitters and Scotch whisky. Keep chilled and serve neat with a lemon zest twist and a maraschino cherry.
