Launched June 2014, Goodmans Gin is based on “100% grain alcohol” which is redistilled with 12 botanicals in a copper alembic pot still. Each distillation produces around 615 litres of distillate. The botanicals used include: juniper, coriander, cardamom, liquorice, cinnamon and grains of paradise.

Όψη:

(sample from 3rd batch) Crystal clear.

Μύτη:

Cooked lime zest (lime cordial) with pine, lavender and camphor. The nose suggests generous use of angelica seeds and orris root.

Στόμα:

Dry and piney with zesty lemon and silky mouthfeel.

Επίγευση:

Lemon zest with faint violet/lavender and cracked black pepper spice.
