Mackmyra, the Swedish whisky distiller's core expression, Brukswhisky is mainly aged in first-fill American oak bourbon barrels with some sherry seasoned casks and Swedish oak casks. Additionally, some smokier malt is also added to the blend.

Όψη:

Clear, pale golden amber with very faint green tinge.

Μύτη:

Red apple, pine, cedar, cinnamon and old leather with vanilla, black pepper spice, ripe pear, butterscotch and liquorice.

Στόμα:

Ripe pear, red apple and lemon sherbet with vanilla fudge, black pepper and cinnamon spice.

Επίγευση:

Fruity with vanilla fudge and lingering cracked black pepper.
