Metaxa 7 Stars has the highest percentage of muscat wine in the 'Stars' range, and this drives the rich fruity notes in this famous Greek spirit.

Metaxa 7 Stars is made by blending three ingredients:
- A double pot still distilled brandy made from wine produced from Savatiano, Soultanina and Koritnthiakos grape varieties and aged a minimum of seven years in Limousin oak casks.
- Aged aromatic Muscat wines from the Aegean Islands of Samos and lemons.
- An infusion of Mediterranean herbs and May rose petals.

The final blend is married in oak barrels for one year before being chill-filtered and bottled.

Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Orange marmalade, floral orange and violet blossom, dried apricot, toasted walnut and black pepper spice.

Taste:

Slightly honey sweet and very fruity with marmalade, plum and red grapes. Mild black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Violet and rose is very pronounced in the long marmalade and elegant oak finish with black pepper spice.

Overall:

Aromatic and brandy-like with pronounced floral, marmalade and plum fruit, gently spiced with black pepper.
