Appearance:
Clear, mid coppery amber.
Aroma:
Newly sawn oak, charcoal and faint bonfire smoke.
Taste:
Dry oak and oak tannins, black pepper and clove spice, tobacco leaves and vanilla fudge.
Aftertaste:
Lingering dry oak, clove and black pepper spice.
Overall:
Dry oak notes dominate this characterful bourbon with black pepper and clove spice.
