Appearance:

Thick – coats and clings to inside of glass. Opaque, deep purple.

Aroma:

Pungent blueberry jam.

Taste:

Rich and syrupy with good ripe blueberry and blueberry jam. Some balancing tart acidity.

Aftertaste:

Lingering blueberry jam.

Overall:

Convenience of use and a long shelf-life coupled with good blueberry flavour, makes Re'al Blueberry Puree an attractive option for cocktail use.
