Appearance:
(sample bottle best before 30/May/18) Clear, golden amber with retentive moderately thick off-white head and good lacing.
Aroma:
Zesty grapefruit, grassy hops and light breadiness.
Taste:
Medium-bodied. Moderate grassy hop bitterness, grapefruit and zesty orange. Fairly high carbonation.
Aftertaste:
Fairly bitter finish.
Overall:
A moderately bitter and well-balanced English golden ale with zesty citrus.
