An oude (old) style (unaged) genever with 53% maltwine content. Fermented for five days and then pot still triple distilled (unfiltered), the maltwine consists 2/3 rye to 1/3 malted barley. This is blended with column distilled wheat grain spirit and flavoured with 6 botanicals:

Όψη:

Μύτη:

Brown bread, white and black pepper, balsawood, spicy coriander seed, pine and faint anise.

Στόμα:

Pronounced peppery (perhaps due to high rye content) and coriander spice, brown bread and pine with faint liquorice and star anise.

Επίγευση:

Spicy bready finish with faint liquorice, anise and lemon oil.
