An oude-style genever with 20% maltwine made from rye, malt and corn. The maltwine is quadruple times distilled at the distillery and aged for 3 years in American oak barrels. Blended with an infusion or mandarin peels and juniper berries.

Appearance:

Clear, very pale straw yellow.

Aroma:

Piney juniper, clove spice, pencil shaving oak and vanilla.

Taste:

Dry, piney juniper, clove spiced oak and mellowing vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Piney juniper, clove and vanilla.

Overall:

Clove spiced piney juniper with subtle but mellowing oak and faint zesty orange freshness.
