(sample bottle best before 31/Aug/19) Slight cloudiness with pronounced carbonation.

Ginger, flinty mineral and apple boxes in a greengrocer's shop.

Στόμα:

Spicy ginger with chilli heat, subtle hop flavours and faint fruitiness.

Επίγευση:

Candied ginger and mild chilli head.

Συνολική αίσθηση:

Not as full-on ginger as many other ginger beers but with added chilli heat and hop complexity. Interesting when mixed with aged rum of añejo tequila.
