Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Sultanas, baked potato skin, rubber carpet underlay, white chocolate and white pepper.

Taste:

Aggressive peppery spirituous spice with fruitcake-like dried fruit, clove and baked potato skin.

Aftertaste:

Spicy spirituous finish.

Overall:

There's no denying this white spirit is spicy, but it is perhaps more spiced vodka-like than a spiced rum.
