Made by infusing (at room temperature) a traditionally distilled, third-party produced gin with a blend of two South American Arabica coffee beans.

Appearance:
Clear (good clarity), deep tawny brown with golden amber highlights.
Aroma:
Pungent, freshly roasted coffee with very faint smokiness.
Taste:
Lightly bitter chocolatey coffee sits well with relatively subdued piney juniper gin with faint sweet violet and almond.
Aftertaste:
Long bitter coffee finish.
Overall:
Much more a gin-based coffee-flavoured spirit than it is a coffee-flavoured gin, but the coffee flavour is delicious.
