Described as being a "lager-style" Table Beer brewed with Organic barley, wheat, oats, whole leaf hops and sugar, along with foraged yarrow flowers. Unfiltered and can-conditioned.

Appearance:

Cloudy, pale sandy yellow with a fluffy white head and heavy lacing. (Reminiscent of a Belgium wheat beer.)

Aroma:

White flour and citrus - pomelo and bergamont.

Taste:

Light-bodied. Cleansing acidity and light hop bitterness and a flavour not dissimilar to a wheat beer.

Aftertaste:

Floral notes (perhaps from yarrow) are more evident in the light finish.

Overall:

Futtle's low-alcohol (3.2% alc./vol.) Table Beer is subtly flavoured, well-balanced and reminiscent of a wheat beer.
