Slightly cloudy, pale golden.
Gooseberry features on the intensely herbal apple and grape nose.
Dry, assertive herbal bitterness with flavours of apple and gooseberry.
Long dry floral-herbal finish.
Intensely flavoured, perhaps too intensely. Best appreciated as a well-chilled aperitivo.
