Appearance:

Cloudy and effervescent.

Aroma:

Pungent root ginger.

Taste:

Assertive ginger with accompanying spice.

Aftertaste:

Long root ginger spiced finish.

Overall:

Noticeably lacking the sugary sweetness of other ginger beers but what it may lack in sugar East Imperial makes up for with generous spicy ginger.
