A dry pink grapefruit soda made with zesty ruby red grapefruit.

Appearance:
Cloudy, light pink and effervescent.
Aroma:
Zesty grapefruit and lime.
Taste:
Zesty grapefruit and lime with light floral notes. Lacks concentration of flavour - a little dilute.
Aftertaste:
Clean and cleansing grapefruit without the heaviness of sugar.
Overall:
Noticeably dryer than other grapefruit sodas. I found myself missing the amplification of flavour that comes with sugar.
