Made with traditionally pressed Grasparossa grapes with a 36-hour maceration. Fermentation at 18°-20°C.
A 100 years after its founding in 1860, the Chiarli family launched a new wine, appropriately named "Centenario." This wine is made using the Charmat method which Chiarli introduced to Lambrusco production a few years earlier.
